Hydrofoamer (9400.040) This pump specifically developed for protein skimmers can be fitted in addition to the Master DOC Skimmer 9420 or 9460 which increases the skimming capacity per Hydrofoamer to suit a tank volume of about 2,000 litres (528 USgal.). TUNZE® Hydrofoamer 9400.04 can also be used as a standard dispersant on every conventional skimmer of this size on the market. Technical data: Maximum air capacity: 800 l/h (211 USgal./h) to 1,300 l/ (343 USgal./h) of water flow rate. Energy consumption: 23 W at 800 l/h (211 USgal./h) air capacity, motor with protective thermostat. Pump outlet with ¾” NPT thread. Pump housing with strainer and silencer. Pump drive: Permanent magnet rotor with solid ceramic bearing and ceramic stop on the suction side, which prevents wearing action and noise. Supplied with bushing, hose and clamps.
